You are entering the dedicated page of Shares Digital Assets, a company incorporated under the laws of Poland, a member of the Shares Group and registered with the National Revenue Administration ("NRA") under number RDWW-389 as a digital asset service provider to provide the services of:
(a) exchange between crypto-assets and fiat,
(b) exchange between crypto-assets,
(c) intermediation in the exchange referred to in point (a) or (b), and
(d) the operation of the crypto-assets accounts.
Shares Digital Assets wishes to draw investors' attention to the fact that the regulation applicable to digital asset service providers do not offer the same level of protection to investors in digital assets as those that exist for investment in financial securities. Users are advised that digital assets do not benefit from any European deposit guarantee mechanism, including the Polish Bank Guarantee Fund.
Investors wishing to invest in digital assets are informed that the rules on the protection and information of non-professional investors as they may exist under Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments ("MiFID II") do not apply in the case of an investment in digital assets.
